Is your gold hallmarked and are diamonds certified?

Yes. All gold and platinum is hallmarked for purity, and diamonds above the standard weight come with an independent grading certificate (colour, clarity, cut, and carat) that you can verify yourself.

Do you buy back or exchange old jewellery?

We do. Bring in old gold and we value it at the live metal rate, deduct any refining or stone loss transparently, and apply the balance to a new purchase or exchange.

Can you make a custom or one-of-a-kind piece?

Absolutely. Share a sketch, photo, or an heirloom to rework. We CAD-model the design, confirm the quote and stones, and craft it in our workshop, usually within two to four weeks.

Do you resize rings and repair jewellery?

Yes, our in-house goldsmiths handle sizing, chain soldering, prong rebuilding, clasp replacement, and pearl restringing. Simple resizes and cleaning are often done same day.
